1549 wird erstmals das „Haus zum Hirschen“ in der Vorstadt erwähnt. Als Gasthaus wird der „Hirsch“ erstmals 1655 benannt.

The first documented reference to the Deer House as a building was in 1549, and it was first listed as an inn in 1655.

 

 

Restaurant « Au cerf »

En 1549, on évoqua pour la première fois aux alentours de la ville la maison « Au cerf »et en 1655, elle fut baptisée restaurant « Au cerf ».
