Batterieturm (15. – 18. Jahrhundert) der Stadtbefestigung. Seine Namensgebung kommt möglicherweise von den Farben der Signalfahnen.
Blue Tower
The ‘Blauer Turm’ (Blue Tower) was the location of the artillery battery in the town’s defence fortifications from the 15th until the 18th Century. It’s possible that its name is derived from the blue flags used by the defenders stationed in the tower to signal messages back to colleagues closer to the castle.
Tour bleue
Tour à canon (15ème/18ème siècles) des fortifications de la ville. Son nom tient vraisemblablement son origine des couleurs des drapeaux de signalisation.
